RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY
1. What is the return/exchange policy?
Not satisfied? Not to worry. You deserve the best. That means zero pain, zero hassle, and zero worry. So, if something is amiss with our product, the break-em-in team is here for you. We have a 14-Day return/exchange policy for the unworn product, however, once it’s used we will be happy to accommodate you by exchanging it for another one. Simply fill out the quick and easy form, and our friendly team members will right the situation immediately.

It is customer's full responsibility to cover all the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item is received the customer will be issued a refund.
3. Can I make a change to my order?
It really depends on the period of time frame the order was placed. Please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to sort this situation out for you.
4. How long will it take my return/exchange to be processed so I can receive my credit?

1. What is break-em-in?
It is a revolutionary shoe and foot-care product designed for men, which, minimizes painful discomfort (chafing, irritation, blistering and other common issues) associated with breaking in majority of new leather lined dress shoes.
2. Does this product work with every type of shoe?
No, break-em-in does not apply to conventional cloth-lined sneakers and many loafers as well. All shoe styles have to be LEATHER LINED for the product to adhere to the heel and quarter lining of the shoe. Best shoe styles it will perform on are: Derby, Monk-Strap, Oxford, and dressy type of athletic shoe. Once again all shoes have to be LEATHER LINED for the product to adhere to.
3. Does this product fit all shoe sizes?
Yes break-em-in works with most commercially acceptable U.S. shoe sizes. The size numbers are indicated on the product and it’s fully adjustable, all you have to do is cut it to the desired length.
4. Do I have to go up half a size to use this product?
Not necessarily, break-em-in was designed with the intention to be utilized with shoes in your true size. However, if you feel the need to go up half a size in your shoe, you can do that as well.
5. How do I actually apply this product?
Glad you asked, please refer to our How It Works page for detailed instructions. Something to keep in mind, you must unlace your shoes a bit more than usual to slide your foot in without snagging this product into the shoe because it’s quite sticky! Also please use our signature break-em-in shoe-horn to help guide your foot smoothly into the shoe, this is the reason why it was included in the package.
6. How many items are per package?
We included two transparent heel-liners and one signature shoe horn, hey we just have our two sweet feet to keep in comfort after all.
7. How long do I have to keep the product inside of the shoes?
Typically, we recommend to keep it inside of your shoes for as long as it takes to break them in. Once you feel your fine leather shoes are getting softer, then and only then you should remove this product, and toss it. Don’t worry we won’t be upset too much, we know you love us.
8. How durable is this product?
break-em-in was designed to ensure it stays in your shoe for an extended period of time to deliver the protection you need for as long as you need it.
9. Can this product be re-used on another pair of shoes?
We do not recommend using this product on another pair of shoes because after first application, the adhesive material won’t stick as well to another pair of shoes. So once you stick it in, please keep it in.
10. Does break-em-in only work if you apply it while wearing socks?
What is so amazing about this product is that it works extremely well even if you wear your leather lined shoes sock-less or with no show socks offering protection you need at the back of heel and underneath the ankle. Also fellas, we follow the trends…we know you like to rock your fancy shoes sock-free, so we are there to support letting your fashionable self go.
11. Is there anything comparable to this on the market for men?
We scoured the whole universe to find something even remotely close to break-em-in and honestly, we just couldn’t find anything else gentlemen. Everything was put through a rigorous wear test and nothing compares to the way break-em-in provides coverage, protection and comfort with the sole purpose to help you break-in your dress shoes pain-free.

1. How do I create an online account with break-em-in?
An online account can only be created when you place an order through our website. During the ordering process you will be asked to enter your email address and there will be an option to "Create an Online Account". If you enter a password and if the email address is not already associated with another account, an account will automatically be created for you once you place your order.
2. How do I write a product review on your website?
To enter your review of our product, go to the “Reviews” page at the top of the website.
Just simply follow the instructions for entering information into the “Reviews” page before submitting. Please focus on the performance and quality of the product while writing your review. Big thanks for taking your time to do that!

4. Will any of my information ever be shared with anyone?
There are two safe and secure ways to store your payment options on our website. The first way is to create a record in "My Account" (after logging in) where you can edit all of your personal information. Once in "My Account", go to "Payment Options" and you can save and edit your stored payment option records for future use.
The second way is to store the card information during the ordering process. If you are logged in or create a new account while ordering, you will see a checkbox labeled "Please save my card for future purchases" on the last page in checkout. Just check the box and the card information will be saved to your account once your order is successfully placed.
5. Why do I have to input my credit or debit card number in again, even though I chose to save it previously?
The credit card number has to be re-entered whenever any important information changes in order to make sure this is an authorized use of your account.
