1. How can I place my order?

You can place your order online through www.break-em-in.com or by email hello@break-em-in.com

2. Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our shipping center located in Brick Township, New Jersey.

3. What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards and of course PayPal.

4. What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS First Class Mail as a shipping carrier.

5. What is the shipping cost and estimated delivery time?

6. How can I track my order?

7. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax for online orders shipped to states that require us to charge tax.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

1. What is the return/exchange policy?

Not satisfied? Not to worry. You deserve the best. That means zero pain, zero hassle, and zero worry. So, if something is amiss with our product, the break-em-in team is here for you.  We have a 14-Day return/exchange policy for the unworn product, however, once it’s used we will be happy to accommodate you by exchanging it for another one. Simply fill out the quick and easy form, and our friendly team members will right the situation immediately.

2. Where do I return my products?

To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Can I make a change to my order?

It really depends on the period of time frame the order was placed. Please email us at hello@break-em-in.com  and we will do our best to sort this situation out for you.

4. How long will it take my return/exchange to be processed so I can receive my credit?

We should be able to handle everything for you within 10-15 business days. If you have any questions do not hesitate to write to us at hello@break-em-in.com.
